Children are the future.
The SRA has operated two school-based educational programs "River Rangers" and "Fish Friends".
We hope to foster love of nature and a sense of responsibility and stewardship in future generations.
"River Rangers" and "Fish Friends" were taught in local schools by SRA volunteers. With the onset of COVID 19, the two programs were integrated under the name "Fish Friends" and instruction was moved online.
In 2024 we will be re-evaluating our future educational practices.
