Leah Perrin is a Principal Planner with HRM's Regional Policy Program. Leah holds a Master of Planning from Dalhousie University, and is a Licensed Professional Planner in Nova Scotia and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. With HRM's Planning & Development department, she has held various positions with Land Development & Subdivision, Planning Applications and Regional Planning. Leah and her team are currently leading the Regional Plan Review project.
